1. High impact resistance

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene impact resistance and shock absorption can be among the top of the plastic, whether strong impact force, or internal pressure fluctuations are difficult to make its cracking.The impact strength is 10 times of nylon 66, 20 times of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), 4times of polyethylene.Especially in the low temperature environment, its impact strength achieve to higher values.The flexibility of Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene provides the guarantee of safe and reliable toconveying system.

 2. High wear resistance

In many pipe material, the minimum friction coefficient of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and its has a  long chain, make the wear resistance of UHMW-PE pipe during transportation of slurry is  4-7 times higher than steel pipe and stainless steel tube, about 10 times higher than PVC pipe and PE pipe, greatly improve the service life of the pipeline.

3. The corrosion resistance

Based on UHMW-PE is a saturated molecular structure, so it has high chemical stability.In a certain temperature and the concentration range can resist all kinds of high corrosive medium (acid, alkali, salt )and organic solvents.

4. Do not knot dirt

The self-lubrication ,adhesion,minimal friction coefficient of UHMW-PE.And pipe wall has corrosion resistance, wear resistance, not knot dirt by special process.So the flow resistance is small, can be keep flow velocity and flow rate for a long time.The diameter reduced by 15.4% than steel pipe.

5. Weather resistance and aging resistance

The black modified UHMW-PE pipe has good weather resistance and aging resistance.On the one hand,the unsaturated chain of  the molecular chain rarely and  large molecular weight of the pipe;On the other hand, specially crafted improver making the UHMW-PE pipeline's  service life greatly more than the ordinary polyethylene pipes.Using about 60 years, UHMW-PE pipeline can remain more than 70% of the mechanical properties.

6. Wide optimum temperature

Can be work from - 269 ℃ to 80 ℃ for a long time.

7. Fire resistance

Used for fire protection in special industry, join the flame retardant and use special processing craft to overcome the flammability of UHMW-PE itself.

8. Light weight, easy to install

This product has good toughness.It Can adapt to various geological conditions, can be directly bent laid.The flange connection, without spacer block, fast and easy to connect.

Power system: fly ash emissions of coal-fired power plants, chemical water cycle system, sulfur removal system.

Coal industry: transfer of coal powder, coal-water slurry, supply and exhaust air, drainage system, the desulfurization system of the mine.
